Turley on Maddow: Obama Must Appoint a Special Prosecutor on Torture

Something I would have loved to hear Turley say as he was talking about appointing a Special Prosecutor for Dick Cheney:

"Then Obama can appoint a special prosecutor for himself. The president should know that stonewalling an investigation such as this is tantamount to aiding and abetting."

Ian in Redding: Well, Turley did say that if Obama did not fulfill treaty obligations to prosecute, he could be found culpable himself of being an accessory after the fact to torture.
